Strange Fruit Project always deliver the funky freshness one needs to make it through the day. I’m not sure how, but I have been sleeping on the Lamp Mode cats. Check out Shai Linne – “lyrical theology” with beats that will make the neck snap.

hey, rae. i would suggest downloading joe garner’s cd from noisetrade as well. and katie herzig is pretty great of off there as well. as for other music, ray lamontagne is real great and coming out with a new cd soon. iron and wine’s new cd is great, glen soderholm is a great, worship guy, and ben fold’s new cd comes out at the end of this month. those are the top on my playlist right now

Yeah, best to not even try being as cool as Rae. I’ve just tried out Ubiquity, looks interesting, I’ll be glad when they get it integrated with Thunderbird and Sunbird since I’ve never made the shift to g-mail and google’s calendar or e-mail (though I have accounts, I’ve used my hotmail addresses for years now and don’t feel like making everyone switch over, and I love Sunbird’s color coding ability for appointments.)

Luke: Trust me, I know all about Noisetrade. I was a beta tester, and Derek himself actually showed me around the site after his show back in April. (Amy sat by and rolled her eyes at me as I geeked out with DW. )

Rae! We started kindergarten with Reagan this week! What a wonderful, scary time it is. She’s been excited about kindergarten since the end of Pre-K. She’s loving it so far. Also – I added you to my Xbox friends list, gamertag: XgrinderX.
