I think the joanna newsom record deserves to be in the lower portion of the "top 10 records that have deluded the indie scene due to extravagant instruments and awful singing." I am trying really really hard to get into it. But it aint happening. Still, he managed to put together a pretty darn good album this time around. Travis - Rosie's album is a masterpiece to me. It's doubtful that it's on many more top-whatever lists, but it's just that good to my ears. Travis - Oh yeah. Sorry. New list forthcoming with Mary J. Blige and Ludacris as #1 and #2.
